Decision-making

The board of trustees and the delegation are the decision-making bodies of the foundation. The chief executive officer carries out the tasks of the foundation agent and operational activities.

The production advisers appointed by the board of trustees and the chief executive officer process all the applications that arrive at the office of the foundation by mail by the deadline.

Applications are processed twice a year in the production meetings held by the board of trustees in the spring and autumn. The foundation announces the deadlines separately. See. application deadlines, applications and and forms of support.

Productions that receive ERDF funds channelled through the POEM Foundation can be subject to binding special conditions. These conditions specify the amount of regional participation in the artistic and technical execution of the productions. The special conditions particularly apply to joint productions.
